Hello! Suggestion again.
I want to suggest soft delete of topics. When moderator deletes it, then it will unaccessible to basic users. But mods and admins will see it like this:
So it will be restorable.
Hard delete will remain the way it is now.

For now you can use a special forum (section) accessible for moderators and admins only where you can host unnecessary topics and posts.

you can move the unnecessary topic to the section only you can access .create a forum with permission set to administrator read forum reply and topic
