I really need help on how to  add male or female option on the registeration page, and also how to install image upload in a new post so that members can upload images directly from their device to the forum, thanks.

Hello,
Follow your Administrator Panel -- profile fields
Disable the default Sex field, create another one new, customize according to your needs, then choose registration selector to YES.
