Help! Am Unable To Access Administrator Panel On My forum

I can't access the administrator panel in my forum https//:www.myscooltalks.forum.cool. I created the forum yesterday 10/10/2018 and after setting up some things i am denied acces to the admin panel!
I read a post on how to solve this problem but i don't really know how to go about it on my side here.

Please, help me!

You can`t use www....
try clearing the cache or using a different browser
or open http://myscooltalks.forum.cool/admin_index.php
