the problems are here:
:mybb: Not all page`s links will redirect to www... but still point to http://customdomain. com instead of opening www.customdomain, they are:  Active Topics, Replies, Unanswered topics, My posts My, uploads, Subscription, Mark all as read, etc.
:mybb: user can not login via www coused the login`s link point to http:// customdomain not http://www. customdomain... NOTE: after the user enters a user name and password, and click the login button.... then the site automatically redirect to http: customdomain. com that should remain redirect to http:// www customdomain com..... this causes the user fails to login, or fails to ask for a password

Thank you for reporting an issue. We made a redirect from such addresses (www.customdomain -> customdomain). Do users no longer have problems with authorization?

Unfortunately, this is not possible because system always cuts www. To avoid the problem above, we did redirection.
