I want my own forum to be Turkish. but there are only English and Russian languages. How Can I do this. site address My site

Unfortunately now there is only two language versions of forums - Russian and English, but in future there may be more languages including Turkish.

Because the direction of writing is different
Any utf text after RTL symbol will be right-to-left reversed.

There was a discussion a while ago. And recently Admin promised to create a translation page, so every user can translate English forum on his/her own language.
