Hello! Open the admin-panel of your forum and search for the "files" section.
Mind that the file mustn't be bigger than 1mb.

I tried that but while adding or posting it , it just uploads picture. Can you tell me exact steps

Well than, I'll try this feature later.
But my personal advice is to use third-party services for such purposes. As for example DropBox.

We had a problem with uploads.im, so that make you confused about functionality.
Now problem has been fixed, please check an example PDF below:
Just click on preview and then you able to download original PDF.
